Abstract
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, labels, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of aircraft deicing and anti-icing vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "deicing vehicles").
This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of self-propelled boom-type aerial work vehicles used in civil airports, which are equipped with deicing and anti-icing fluid spraying systems and have heating or snow-blowing functions.
