YY/T 1074-2002 Implants for surgery—Measuring method for pitting corrosion potential on stainless products
Abstract
This standard specifies the relevant definitions of the pitting potential measurement method for stainless steel surgical implants, as well as the testing instruments and equipment, sample preparation, testing conditions and procedures, test results, and requirements for test reports of the measurement system. This standard is applicable to the measurement of the pitting potential of stainless steel surgical implants in a simulated human physiological environment using electrokinetic potential method.
