This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, labels, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of container loaders for cargo in the lower cargo holds of aircraft (hereinafter referred to as "container loaders").
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and inspection of container loaders used in civil airports.
