Abstract
This standard specifies the indicators of pathogenic bacteria in prepackaged foods, their limit requirements, and testing methods.
This standard applies to prepackaged foods in Category 1 of Table 1, but does not apply to foods subject to commercial sterility requirements, packaged drinking water, and drinking natural mineral water.
