This part of GB/T 5959 specifies the safety requirements for industrial and commercial resistance heating systems used for heating pipes, containers, roofs, concrete slabs, and other similar applications.
The heating systems applicable to this part may include units assembled in factories or on-site (at construction sites), as well as series and parallel heating cables, heating pads, or heating boards that have been assembled and/or terminated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
