Abstract
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, classification, quality requirements, hygiene requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling and marking, as well as packaging, storage and transportation requirements for wheat. This standard applies to commercial wheat that is purchased, stored, transported, processed, and sold. This standard does not apply to special varieties of wheat that fall outside the classification provisions of this standard.
