GB/T 17948.4-2024 Rotating electrical machines—Functional evaluation of insulation systems(TypeⅡ)—Procedures for form-wound windings—Electrical endurance qualification
Abstract
This document specifies the qualification procedures for evaluating the electrical durability of the insulation structure of a molded winding rotating motor powered by sinusoidal power frequency voltage.
For the primary insulation, this test procedure is essentially comparative, comparing the performance of the insulation structure to be evaluated with that of a reference insulation structure verified by operational experience. If no reference insulation structure is available, use the charts in Appendix A. The qualification procedures for the insulation structure of a molded winding powered by a frequency converter are described in GB/T 22720.2—2019 or IEC 60034-18-41. Appendix B proposes and defines new and informative anti-corona structure test procedures.
