Abstract
This part of GB/T 18910 provides details of the quality certification process and specifies the visual inspection methods for monochrome matrix LCD display modules. It sets out detailed regulations and general rules for visually inspecting the non-display areas and display areas of monochrome matrix LCD display modules using the human eye and, if necessary, an optical microscope. In addition, this part includes definitions of defects and methods for visually inspecting defects.
Note: The specifications for defect types, quantities, and sizes are stipulated in the quality contract (customer acceptance specifications and incoming inspection specifications).
