This document establishes the basic principles for home-based care of infants and young children aged 0 to 3, stipulates the basic requirements, service content and requirements, and service evaluation and improvement.
This document is applicable to home-based care services provided by domestic service agencies for infants and young children aged 0 to 3.
Note: In this document, "infants and young children" refers to infants and children aged 1 to 3 collectively.
