DB31/T 550-2011 Guidelines for energy-efficient use in municipal government buildings
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and management requirements for the rational energy use indicators of municipal government office buildings. This standard applies to municipal government offices in Shanghai that were included in the building energy consumption statistics during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, and is used for calculating and evaluating various types of building energy consumption during daily office operations. Other municipal government offices may refer to and implement it accordingly.
