GB/T 29047-2012 Prefabricated directly buried insulating pipes and fittings with polyurethane [PUR]foamed-plastics and high density polyethylene [PE]casing pipes
Abstract
This standard specifies the product structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, as well as transportation and storage for prefabricated directly buried insulated pipes (hereinafter referred to as insulated pipes) composed of high-density polyethylene outer protective pipes (hereinafter referred to as outer protective pipes), rigid polyurethane foam insulation layers (hereinafter referred to as insulation layers), and working steel pipes or steel fittings, as well as their insulated pipe fittings and insulated joints.
This standard applies to the manufacture and inspection of prefabricated directly buried insulated pipes, insulated pipe fittings, and insulated joints whose transmission medium temperature (long-term operating temperature) does not exceed 120 °C, and whose accidental peak temperature does not exceed 140 °C.
