Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements, electrical performance, mechanical performance, and environmental performance of the lead wires and connectors for electric motors and controllers used in electric bicycles. It describes the testing equipment and instruments, as well as the corresponding test methods. It also stipulates the requirements for inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage, and defines terms and definitions to facilitate technical specifications. It provides the product structure.
This document is applicable to the design, production, inspection, and sales of lead wires and connectors for electric motors and controllers used in electric vehicles, as defined in QB/T 1714 for assisted bicycles.
