Abstract
This standard specifies the measurement methods for the A-weighted sound power level and the noise at the ear of portable wind-powered fire extinguishers (hereinafter referred to as fire extinguishers) powered by gasoline engines. This standard is applicable to the noise measurement of portable wind-powered fire extinguishers for forestry machinery, and it is also applicable to the noise measurement of portable wind-powered water spray fire extinguishers for forestry machinery.
