GB 28263-2024 Regulations of safety management for the civil explosive products’ production and sales enterprise
Abstract
This document stipulates the general requirements for safety management of civilian explosive goods production and sales enterprises, comprehensive safety management, construction project safety management, production process management, equipment and facility management, workplace management, transportation (loading and unloading) and storage management, testing and destruction (explosion disposal) management, as well as the requirements for emergency response plans and accident handling of production safety accidents.
This document applies to the safety management of civilian explosive goods production and sales enterprises, as well as scientific research and testing activities related to civilian explosive goods.
