Abstract
This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the delivery of steel and steel products (excluding cast steel and powder metallurgy products) included in GB/T 15574. When the provisions in the product standard or the agreements in the contract are inconsistent with the provisions in this standard, the provisions in the product standard or the agreements in the contract shall prevail. Note: This standard must be used in conjunction with other technical standards and cannot be used alone for ordering.
