This standard specifies the testing principles, reagents and materials, instrumentation and equipment, test procedures, processing of test results, and inspection reports for 14 testing methods of nitrocellulose for industrial use (hereinafter referred to as nitrocellulose), including nitrogen content, ash content, moisture content, wetting agent, viscosity, light transmittance, whiteness, color, acidity, stability, ignition point, solubility in toluene, plasticizer content, and turbidity.
