YS/T 706-2009 Copper coated iron powder
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and quality certificates for iron bronze composite powder.
This standard applies to iron-copper composite powders made from reduced iron powder, which are coated with copper/copper, tin/copper, zinc/copper, and tin and zinc alloys on the surface of iron powder particles through chemical immersion plating and sintering diffusion. These powders are used in the manufacture of powder metallurgy oil-lubricated bearings and as a binder material in diamond products.
