GB/T 25076-2018

This standard specifies the grades, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as the marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) of monocrystalline silicon for solar cells (referred to as monocrystalline silicon).
This standard applies to round monocrystalline silicon prepared by direct pulling and doping, which is processed into quasi-square or square monocrystalline silicon. The products are cut into silicon wafers and then used to manufacture solar cells.
