YY/T 0978-2016 Anaesthetic reservoir bags
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for anti-static and non-anti-static gas bags used in anesthesia machines or lung ventilation respiratory systems. This standard includes the design of the bag neck, specification marking, anti-expansion, and electrical resistance (when applicable).
This standard includes the requirements for single-use and reusable gas bags. Reusable gas bags are expected to meet the requirements of this standard within their recommended service life.
This standard does not apply to special-purpose gas bags such as automatic expansion bags. Bags used with anesthesia gas removal systems are not considered anesthesia gas bags and are therefore not within the scope of this standard.
