This part of GB 5296 stipulates the basic principles, labeling content, and labeling requirements for the use instructions of textiles and clothing.
This part applies to textiles and clothing sold domestically.
The products listed in Appendix A are not within the scope of this part.
This part provides the criteria for identifying defects in the use instructions, see Appendix B.
