GB/T 5458-2012 Liquid nitrogen biological container
Abstract
1.1 This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements for liquid nitrogen biological containers made of aluminum and aluminum alloys (hereinafter referred to as containers).
1.2 This standard applies to containers for storing liquid nitrogen under normal pressure, with an effective volume of 1 L to 175 L and a diameter of 30 mm to 216 mm, which adopt high-vacuum multi-layer insulation.
1.3 This standard does not apply to containers in the following scopes:
——Containers for storing liquid nitrogen under pressure;
——Containers for storing liquid oxygen and other cryogenic liquids.
