Abstract
This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B1 in feed raw materials, compound feed, concentrated feed, and supplementary feed. The detection limit of this method is 0.5 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 2.0 μg/kg.
