GB 5413.3-2010 National food safety standard Determination of fat in foods for infants and young children,milk and milk products
Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods of fat in pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, raw milk, fermented milk, processed milk, milk powder, condensed milk, butter, cream, cheese, and infant and toddler formula foods.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of fat in pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, raw milk, fermented milk, processed milk, milk powder, condensed milk, butter, cream, cheese, and infant and toddler formula foods; the second method is applicable to the determination of fat in pasteurized milk and sterilized milk, as well as raw milk.
