Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for the energy consumption limits of polyester filament products (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption"), as well as management measures. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of polyester filament (conventional fibers, recycled polyester filament, and multi-functional differentiated polyester filament) production enterprises, and to the control of energy consumption in new and modified/expanded projects.
