This document describes the full process of on-site detection, recovery, purification, and recharge of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas in electrical equipment, and specifies the technical specifications and safety protection measures for on-site detection, recovery, purification, and recharge of SF6 gas.
This document is applicable to the on-site recycling of SF6 gas in electrical equipment. The recycling of SF6 mixed gas and SF6 gas in other application scenarios should be implemented in accordance with this document.
