Abstract
This document specifies the degradation classification, purification and regeneration treatment, reuse after treatment, and disposal requirements for phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. This document is applicable to the purification, regeneration, and reuse of phosphate ester hydraulic fluids used in steam turbine electro-hydraulic speed control systems and lubrication systems. The purification, regeneration, and reuse of phosphate ester hydraulic fluids used in other equipment should be implemented in accordance with this document.
