DB32/T 3497-2019 Road passenger transportation industry safety supervision and inspection specifications
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for safety supervision and inspection work, personnel requirements, methods and frequencies, plans, contents, procedures, etc. for road passenger transport enterprises and road passenger transport stations. This standard applies to the activities of safety supervision and inspection carried out by road transport management agencies at all levels on road passenger transport enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "passenger transport enterprises") and second-level and above road passenger transport stations (hereinafter referred to as "passenger transport stations") that have obtained road transport business licenses in accordance with the law. Road passenger transport includes scheduled bus passenger transport, chartered bus passenger transport, and tourist passenger transport.
