This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, project file management responsibilities, project document collection, project document organization, project document review and filing, project file information management, project file organization and transfer, project file storage and utilization, project file registration and acceptance, as well as common forms and diagrams of file management, classification and numbering systems, filing scope and storage period, requirements for the preparation of project completion drawings, and the scope of file digitization, etc. This standard applies to the file management of new, modified, and expanded port construction projects in seaports and river ports. The file management of other hydraulic projects may be implemented with reference to this standard.
