This document specifies the accounting boundaries, measurement and monitoring requirements, accounting steps and methods, data quality management, and reporting content and format for greenhouse gas emissions from waste battery processing and disposal enterprises.
This document applies to the accounting and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions from waste battery processing and disposal enterprises. It does not apply to enterprises engaged in cascade utilization, lead-acid batteries, fuel cells, or flow batteries.
