GB/T 17248.3-2018 Acoustics—Noise emitted by machinery and equipment—Determination of emission sound pressure levels at a work station and at other specified positions applying approximate environmental corrections
Abstract
This part of GB/T 17248 specifies the method for on-site measurement of the emission sound pressure level at the working position near the machine or equipment and at other designated positions (the method principle is referred to in Appendix D). The working position is the position where the operator is located, which can be in an open space, in a workshop where the measured sound source is operating, in an operation room fixedly connected to the measured sound source, or in a closed space far from the sound source. Other designated positions can be located near the working position, or near machines with or without supervision, and these positions are sometimes referred to as the bystander's position.
The emission sound pressure level is measured using the A-weighted sound level. If necessary, the frequency-band sound pressure level and the C-weighted peak emission sound pressure level can also be measured in accordance with this part.
