This standard applies to polyester felts, fiberglass felts, polyethylene films, composite felts made of fiberglass felts and fiberglass mesh fabrics, and composite felts made of polyester felts and fiberglass mesh fabrics, which are used as the base materials for asphalt waterproofing membranes.
