GB/T 13869-2008

This standard specifies the basic principles, basic requirements, and management requirements for electrical safety. The requirements for the design, manufacture, and selection of electrical products, as well as their installation, use, and maintenance, are also aimed at ensuring safe electricity use. This standard applies to all types of electrical equipment and electrical devices with a rated voltage of AC 1,000 V and below, and DC 1,500 V and below, and to the personnel and functional departments involved in their design, use, maintenance, and safety management.
