GB/T 16915.1-2024 Switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations—Part1:General requirements
Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements for switches of fixed electrical installations for household and similar purposes, including their classification, marking, protection against electric shock, structural requirements, mechanical performance, and electrical performance.
This document applies to manually operated switches for general use in fixed electrical installations for household and similar purposes, intended for indoor or outdoor use, operating solely on AC power with a rated voltage not exceeding 440 V and a rated current not exceeding 63 A.
The maximum rated current for switches equipped with non-threaded terminals is 16 A.
