GB/T 38265.15-2021 Test methods for soft soldering fluxes—Part 15: Copper corrosion test
Abstract
This document specifies a qualitative evaluation method for the corrosion resistance of solder flux residues on the surface of copper substrates under controlled environmental conditions, including the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, preparation of specimens, experimental steps, expression of experimental results, and experimental reports. This document is applicable to Type 1 solder fluxes defined in GB/T 15829.
