GB/T 7986-2013 Conveyor belts—Drum friction testing
Abstract
This standard specifies the test method for determining the possibility of open flames and combustion caused by the friction between a stationary conveyor belt and a rotating steel roller under a given tensile force, as well as the methods of changing the tensile force.
This standard applies to the friction test of conveyor rollers.
Note: Some types of conveyor belts may not meet the requirements in 6.2.3 due to structural reasons, and therefore cannot undergo this test.
