Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic principles, issuance, acceptance, services, transaction security, and fund management requirements for single-purpose commercial prepaid cards.
This standard applies to the issuance and service activities of single-purpose commercial prepaid cards. The issuance and service activities of other commercial prepaid cards may be used for reference. Except for the named prepaid vouchers issued by power fuel sales enterprises, which are used to redeem power fuel for specific production and operation vehicles.
