Abstract
This standard specifies the management requirements, technical requirements, process control requirements, and quality control requirements for the detection of food molecular biology in laboratories. This standard applies to the quality control of laboratories that use molecular biology techniques (such as nucleic acid technology) as the main method and food as the detection object. Molecular biology detection laboratories in other fields can also refer to and use it for reference.
