GB/T 36954-2018 Safety of machinery—Implementation of ergonomic principles in risk assessment and risk reduction
Abstract
This standard outlines the main ergonomic risk factors affecting mechanical safety and provides a framework for applying these key factors to mechanical design through the integrated application of the following important ergonomic principles: -- Avoid using stressful postures and movements during machine operation; -- Design machines that are easy to operate, especially handheld or mobile machines; -- Minimize noise, vibration, and thermal effects; -- Avoid having the operator's work pace coincide with the machine's automatic cycle; -- Provide local lighting inside or outside the machine; -- The selection, placement, and marking of manual controllers (actuators) should ensure they are clearly visible, identifiable, and appropriately labeled when necessary; -- The selection, design, and placement of indicators, dials, and visual display units.
