GB/T 36961-2018 Hot stamping process for ultra-high strength steel—General specification
Abstract
This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the hot stamping process of ultra-high strength steel, including the technical requirements for hot-stamped parts and the requirements for the hot stamping process, test methods, marking, quality certificates, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to parts produced using a specific hot stamping method (completing both stamping forming and quenching treatment at the same time) from uncoated steel plates or steel plates with anti-oxidation coatings with a thickness not exceeding 4.0 mm. This standard does not apply to hot stamping of steel plates with unequal thicknesses or hot stamping of pipes. Hot-stamped parts made from uneven-thickness steel plates can refer to this standard.
