GB/T 6476-2021 Surface grinding machines with vertical grinding wheelspindle and reciprocating table—Testing of the accuracy
Abstract
This document specifies the geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection of vertical axis surface grinders for general use and ordinary precision. This document stipulates the corresponding tolerances for these inspections. This document is not applicable to surface grinders with fixed worktables or circular worktables, nor to surface grinders with vertically moving grinding heads. This document is only used for the accuracy inspection of machine tools, and is not applicable to the operation inspection of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, and creep of moving parts), nor to the parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed and feed rate), which are usually carried out before the accuracy inspection.
