Abstract
This document describes a method for measuring the theoretical driving distance of electric wheelchairs (including electric mobility scooters), which involves determining the energy consumption during driving and the rated battery capacity of the wheelchair battery.
This method is suitable for electric wheelchairs with a maximum speed of 15 km/h, and it stipulates that the weight of the passenger should be within the range specified in ISO 7176-11 for indoor and outdoor mobility. This document requires the inclusion of a test report and information disclosure.
