This standard specifies the technical requirements, safety measures, and operating procedures for electrically charged cleaning operations using insulator-charged cleaning agents.
This standard applies to electrically charged insulation cleaning operations for power equipment with an AC rated voltage of 220 kV or lower, and in areas with an altitude of no more than 1,000 m.
