Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, and test methods for power-saving devices for power distribution and voltage reduction (hereinafter referred to as power-saving devices).
This standard applies to power-saving devices with a rated working voltage of not more than 10kV AC, a rated frequency of 50/60 Hz, and a rated capacity of not more than 3,000 kVA.
