GB/T 21852-2008 Chemicals—Partition coefficient(n-octanol/water)—High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method
Abstract
This standard specifies the method overview, experimental system, experimental procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and reporting for the high-performance liquid chromatography test of the partition coefficient of chemicals (n-octanol/water). This standard is applicable to the determination of the partition coefficient of chemicals with an lgPow value in the range of 0 to 6 [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. In special cases, it can also be extended to chemicals with an lgPow value of 6 to 10. This standard is not applicable to strong acids, strong bases, metal complexes, compounds that react with the eluent, and surfactants.
