Abstract
This standard specifies the method of determining mechanical impurities in petroleum, petroleum products, and additives by filtering the samples with pre-weighed quantitative filter paper or microporous glass filters.
This standard is applicable to the determination of mechanical impurities in petroleum, liquid petroleum products, and additives.
This standard is not applicable to lubricating grease and asphalt.
