Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of onshore fixed facilities of natural gas liquefaction plants (LNG plants), LNG receiving stations, the onshore gasification sections of floating storage facilities, LNG storage and distribution stations, LNG peak shaving stations, and ship LNG refueling stations.
This document is applicable to the aforementioned LNG stations that are newly built, expanded, or modified.
