GB/T 17817-2010 Determination of vitamin A in feeds—High-performance liquid chromatography
Abstract
This standard specifies the determination of vitamin A in feed and vitamin A acetate in vitamin premix feed by high-performance liquid chromatography.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin A in compound feed, concentrated feed, compound premix feed, and vitamin premix feed, with a quantification limit of 1,000 IU/kg.
The second method of this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin A acetate in vitamin premix feed, with a quantification limit of 344 mg/kg (106 IU/kg).
