GB/T 23723.3-2010 Cranes—Safe use—Part 3:Tower cranes
Abstract
This part of GB/T 23723 specifies the safety requirements for tower cranes (hereinafter referred to as tower cranes). This part should be used in conjunction with GB/T 23723.1.
This part includes: safety operating procedures for tower cranes, management, planning, selection, installation and disassembly, dedicated foundations, operation and maintenance, and the selection of drivers, hoisting workers, and commanders.
This part does not apply to manually driven (non-powered) tower cranes, nor does it include tower cranes with at least one operation that is manually driven.
