DB31/T 1149-2019 Gas metering error adjustment and compensation method for gas amount calculation
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the accounting method for gas metering error refund and compensation, the classification of gas metering errors, the determination of error values, the determination of error gas volumes, and the accounting method for refund and compensation gas volumes.
This standard applies to the accounting of refund and compensation gas volumes for gas metering devices directly involved in trade settlement with gas supply enterprises (urban pipeline gas with a working pressure not exceeding 0.4 MPa (gauge pressure)). When abnormal metering or other metering errors occur in gas metering devices, the accounting of refund and compensation gas volumes can also be implemented with reference to this standard.
