GB/T 9842-2018 Specification for urea reactor
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for urea synthesis towers in urea plants, water pressure tests and leakage tests, acid washing and passivation of stainless steel, painting, packaging, transportation, marking, and technical documents for factory delivery. This standard applies to urea-grade ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel (hereinafter referred to as stainless steel) lined urea synthesis towers with a design pressure not exceeding 21.6 MPa and a design temperature not exceeding 200 ℃.
